From April 23 - 25 the second conference on the topic of territorial cooperation for the provision of public goods in the context of the new CAP was held in The Netherlands. Some 70 participants from 12 European countries gathered in Aldtsjerk, Friesland to discuss the creation of a European platform for exchange of knowledge and policy lobby.
